Returns Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we will accept requests for returns only within 30 days of delivery. The returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
If full reimbursement is not possible, we will honor a minimum of a 10% discount on your next order. We will honor the discount for 12 months, then discount expires.

Return Shipping Costs The customer is responsible for Return Shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or major error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label for the return shipment.
Exchanges SevenGifts.biz does not guarantee the availability of direct exchanges at time of refund approval. If you wish to request a fair exchange for an item, you will need to: 1) Place a separate new order, and 2) Make a separate mail or email request (subject: 'Request Approved Return') for the original item
Non-Returnable Items Custom/personalized greeting cards and limited time-on sale items are final sales and will not be approved for return.

Refunds Once your approved return item(s) are received, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 7 to10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
Original Payment Method Not Available If the original form of payment on the original order is not available (or if it is technically challenging to process a refund to the original form of payment), then the Approved Refund amount will be emailed in a gift card to the Order Email on Record. No exceptions.
